This is the first destruction mission. The mission consists of

Pushing Lenny permits to skip the getting in the car → drive → getting
out of the car saving a couple of seconds.
Notes: Looking back before pushing Lenny makes sure
that Lenny doesn't dive away.
Talking to Barney is faster because the car requirement prompt doesn't
appear. Restarting mission here is faster than running to the car.
Using the Plow King is the fastest way of destroying Smithers. 1. Simply push Smithers in the corner. 2. This
strat is very hard and not the most consistent. You need to reset
your car right before Smithers gets triggered which is also pretty
much at the same time that the camera changes. Smithers should then
slowly starts to accelerate then you need to find the perfect angle
to block him on the wall and then hit him for the right amount of
times to kill him. That also lets you get ESS.

After destroying Smithers go take the Burns' mansion path where you
can also get rocket car on the way by using this neat reset shortcut.
You actually do the same exact thing in 100% as other categories
because you don't get any collectables during the mission.

You can use either Mr Burns Limo or Hearse (Hearse is optimal) and get
ess.

Fastest way to destroy Smithers in NG+. Notes:
If you miss this strat you can do the same one as Plow King by pushing
Smithers in the corner of the house.

You can get ess while failing the mission.
You can keep Plow King in Any%, after you restarted 6 times the
mission you can reverse and get Krusty Burgers coins then go get gas
stations coins. Then fail the mission by entering any car from the
phonebooth.
Notes: There's a chance that you enter the car
normally and don't fail the mission. In that case simply enter another
car from the phonebooth or a traffic car.
