This mission is done after the kwik-e-mart street race and the kwik-e-mart gags. Collect the differents items, the wasps and the card.
To be able to get on the gas station roof you have to jump on the vent at his edge so your double jump clears the jump.

After getting every coin on roof go back to your car and drive to Smithers to end the mission.
