Go buy Zombie Car after completing the mission and drive to the school.

Get Canyonero from the phonebooth so you have ess and it lets you get coins very easily. First coins you get are the neighbors coins.

After you reset your car lineup with the bush so you mount it and get to Flanders backyard and get the coins. You then go buy Zombie Car.

Getting Open Wheel is faster for the mission by like 2sec.

Get TV gag, exit the house , then the first thing you'll get is neighbors coins with the wasp as a freebee then go get Wiggums backyard wasp.

After restarting the mission, get Flanders stuff, simpsons stuff and buy the outfits if you already did coin grinding.

If you're confident in having enough time you can get the cemetary card and instantly reset. You then want to get the bridge wasp if you have enough time. Timing can be very tight though.

After getting the Cletus item you want to get the traileryard wasps, you still want to be very quick here because the timer is still tight.

You want to get krusty burger coins on your way back.

After completing the mission go get playground stuff and then do the race.
