When reaching Krusty park your car a little away from him so it doesn't despawn and get back in your car after talking to Krusty, reset you car (make sure it orientates to the left) and follow the invisible wall on your right until you can turn. This is the point where you can start driving oob to the desired location. When the dot on the minimap switches to the correct location wait a second and reset your car.
Get the vend with your car and get all of krustylu and warp to 6-7.
