This mission is really straightforward.
Here's an example of it.

When Frink is doing his first loop around Bowlarama you want to get the wasp. It could be either standing still or flying away. In the first case make sure to stay up there to kill it, in the second case falling will make the wasp follow you. You have to be quick to not fail the mission.

If you managed to get ahead from Frink after getting Bowlarama wasp you'll have a chance at getting the floating card. You want to lineup your car with the card and then charge a medium ebrake eboost to get the perfect speed. Then you want to turn your car to be able to hit the fence near the left of the pole. You kinda have to get the feel of this strat because it is not the most consistent one. Then get pool gag.

If you missed the floating card the first time you'll have a second shot, either way get arcade vend and reset your car.

You can get the bridge card and avoid getting voided but it is pretty tricky, otherwise just jump on it and you'll still have plenty of time to not fail the mission.

Pause and unpause to get rid of the black screen and kill the wasps.

Finally get the Observatory gags before talking to frink.
