The Bandit vs the armored truck
You want to start by getting the box and then take the shortcut.
He wave our first Wiggum escape, this one is really easy all you have to do is stick to the wall for long enough.
We get to the armored truck, first you want to perform a pretty precise traffic despawn to make sure no traffic spawns on your way for the strat.
There are 2 main ways to perform this strat: the easy way and the
hard way.
Easy way: you want to guide the truck to the pole.
Hard
way: without braking you hit the pole and the armored truck should
go under the stairs by himself. This strat saves time because the
ruck will recieve a decent first hit compared to the other way but
has some cons that we'll see later.
Here's a complete video tutorial if you need more help.
Now that the truck is under the monorail stairs, two scenarios can happen: He can destroy himself as normal or (especially if you're playing on high fps) he can get proper stuck and not move at all. If the latter occurs you want to try pushing him like that:
It can be hard to tell when is the truck gonna get stuck but if you're looking at him, you can distinguish if he'll get proper stuck.
Another variant of this proper stuck which can happen is what we call Deli Truck. Here's a video troubleshooting it.
If you're sure that the truck is damaging himself and don't need your attention anymore you can collect the reamining coins of the area. If you followed the route you have a few vends and one of the Sit-N-Rotate wasp to get.
Depending on the amount of damage the armored truck have you either
want to go by the highway or by the stadium. Basically:
Under
half of the damage: highway route
Above half of the damage:
stadium route. One thing you don't want to do when you're leaving
the area is to despawn the area where the truck still is. If you by
the highway you'll need to wait beofre the arch, and if you're going
through the stadium you'll need to wait near the firetruck.
There is actually one known efficient backup. You want to push the armored truck onto the shortcut.
If you missed that backup you'll have to ram him on walls.
Notes:The following strat only works on 60fps and
is not really recommended for full game runs but is worth being
mentionned here.
If you push the armored truck at the
right time near the highway entrance you can get him stuck and he
will destroy himself very quickly allowing you to take the stadium
route. This saves around 20-25s.
Finally we have another Wiggum escape, this one is also really easy, you want to first reset your car to be in a good position and then leave the area until you escaped. You'll escape more easily if you drive on the potholes.
