You can get Hit N Run when you're on the pier to make the police car explode next to the box on the beach. If you're lucky enough you might be able to get the second box if you wait a few seconds near Planet Hype.

In NMW, don't park your car near Milhouse otherwise your car will despawn. That's why you need to push Milhouse before exiting your car.

You can do two differents strats here.
1st: If you have cars spawned in front of you just take one of them, fail the mission and get in front of Android Dungeon door, warp to 3-2 and get School Bus from the phonebooth.
2nd: If no cars in front of you spawn get one at your left, reverse and get School Bus from the phonebooth. The second strat is slower because you don't get fast iris wipes during 3-4.
