Level 2 Time Trial Race

This race is done after 2-4, get the item and alt-tab/Windows to move earlier and enter your car. Your car might stop on its own while driving if you still have the mission complete animation opened. We don't know what causes that yet.
During the race you want to reset your car at the first stacked tire barriers. You should be spawning back inside the race and now you just have to hit all checkpoints while not approaching the road too much.
