Make sure you have Mr. Plow starting the mission, talk to Frink and enter your car to start the missions.
The first car is pretty easy, just start an ebrake-boot and try to hit him while is turning and turn at the same time then ram him into the wall to do a lot of damage.

Flick Back your camera around the white line and hit ebrake before hitting the second car to do more damage and hit him again. Get the vend after destroying him and head over the third car.

Same strat, hit ebrake before hitting him. Get Sit-N-Rotate vend on the way to the last car.

Finally for the last car hit reverse just before hitting him and repress accelerate when touching hime to ram him into the wall. Then reverse, turn your car and stop it to make a wall for the car to die on.
