Make sure you have Mr. Plow starting the mission, talk to Frink and enter your car to start the missions.
The first car is pretty easy, just start an ebrake-boot and try to hit him while he's turning and turn at the same time then ram him into the wall to do a lot of damage.

Flick back your camera around the white line and hit ebrake before hitting the second car to do more damage then hit him again. Get the vend after destroying him and head over the third car.

Same strat, hit ebrake before hitting him. Get Sit-N-Rotate vend on the way to the last car.

For the final car, brake just before you hit it, then press accelerate as you make contact to ram it into the wall. Next, reverse, turn your car around, and stop to create a barricade so the other car will crash into it.

We have now the BEST trick in the game with cutscenes skip. This trick involves a pause at the right time. The higher your fps are the hardest it becomes. you can buffer the pause or get it in one pause then warp to 3-1 to skip the 55 sec cutscene.
