After starting the mission, quickly enter the sports car, start an ebrake boost to get ahead of the black van to be able to push him until you hit the tree. Then wait until he passes the intersection. This will make him go right which makes the next strat a lot easier.

If you sucessfully manip him he should turn to the right side so you're able to push him at the right time to pass through the dirt jump with the black van.

You can then get car wash wasp and trainyard wasps.

Near the end of the follow section you can get Herman box, you'll respawn near Wiggums which makes it a good deal.
