Flowers By Irene is the first follow mission of the game. One key
mechanic to understand is rubberbanding. Simply the closer you are from
the black van the faster it will drive but sometimes you'll want to slow
down to prevent it from getting stuck at some places. Restarting the
mission is also faster than exiting the house and pausing/unpausing
prevents the van from reversing.
Getting Krusty Burger in 1-5 is the most optimal way to get all the
coins.
If you spawned the wasps correctly you should be able to get this wasp
as a freebee.
Make sure to look back before the van passes the barn shortcut and
stick to the left side of the barn to not spawn the wasp.
You should also look back and slow down before the power plant
entrance.
You should be able to get stonecutters wasp as a freebee too. Getting
it as a freebee will let you get ESS, just wait on foot near the
phonebooth to end the mission. If your coin route is not optimized you
can stop your car at the stonecutters to get one more wasp. You
can enter your car during the black screen to get 3 coins instead of 2
:)
Full Mission Example
Notes: 1-5 in Rocket Car can be a little more
annoying than in Family Sedan but it will save time because of how the
rubber banding works in this game. So if you're using Rocket Car try
to slow down even more to make sure he's not stuck at some places.

In hundo, stop at stonecutters to kick the wasps and get the card.

AFTER
Remember to get Spinemelter 2000 card after you end the mission that's
the best place to get it.
You can do the same van manip at the same places as in others
categories.

After restarting 6 times simply go left and take the shortcut.
